A Hard ITT Sees a PB

The plan…

Today’s ITT was more of an afterthought than a planned event. It was brought to my attention last Sunday.  As it was a TT and those who love them are starved when it comes to the race of truth, I try to attend all I can get to.

As I removed my pants, I gasped in horror – my legs were hairy.  They had not been touched by a razor since the 3 Day Tour.  Additionally, my Pro Aerofoil shoe covers I picked up about a month ago (on sale?) for $20 have started to delaminate.  My training log shows they’ve done 176kms, so that’s pretty poor if you ask me.
